Returns Policy

We accept returns only on a case by case basis. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will accept the return and pay for the shipping so long as 1) the product has not been opened 2) you have notified us within 24 hours of receipt.

E-liquid: No refunds. No returns. Hades Vapour cannot offer refunds or returns simply because you do not like the taste of an e-juice. We apologize for this in advance.

We do guarantee that our products will arrive safe and sound. If you receive any e-juice bottles from us that are broken or leaking, please contact us within 2 days of reciept and we will replace them at no charge. We require a photo of the damaged or leaking bottle (note if the bottle has been opened returns will not be accepted). We will not replace items that have damaged packaging only.
