Shipping
We can ship to most addresses in the world; however, at this time we are only accepting bank wires as a method of payment for international transactions. If you are an international customer, please e-mail us at info@hadesvapor.com to work out shipment logistics and pricing. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Turnaround

Orders placed with Hades Vapor Pty Ltd will be shipped within 1-5 business days (normally quicker) once payment has been received. The exceptions to this are public holidays, and special circumstances, which will be announced via our social media outlets. If our orders exceed our current capacity and prevent us from meeting the promised turnaround, we will update the content of this section of our site accordingly.

 

Please note that due to several fraudulent proof of payments no orders will be dispatched until the money has cleared in our account, we apologise for any inconvenience.

 

Late Deliveries

please note that Hades Vapour will endeavour to have all orders sent out as quickly as possible. once orders have left our warehouse, we are at the mercy of our courier partners and cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries.

 

Lost & Undelivered Packages: 

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Hades Vapour, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Hades Vapour strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

 

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Hades Vapour is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.

 

Cancelling and Altering Orders: 

Orders may be edited up to 30 minutes after being placed. After that time, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if you wish to make a change on your order.

 

Due to the volume of orders Hades Vapour receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or cancelled upon your request.
